The psychiatric activities in Kalmar County is on the march! We are now looking for a unit manager (first-line manager).
Our outpatient clinics are found throughout the county of Kalmar and Västervik is heldygnsvård. Continuous improvement is a well established methodology, and we do a lot of development activity and monitoring of quality and patient safety.
Dept 51 BUP's inpatient care, County Hospital of Kalmar
Tasks
Inpatient treatment in child and adolescent psychiatry in Kalmar County consists of an emergency department with four seats and a family apartment for investigation and treatment of families. Inpatient care is also an acute responsibility through a divisional team that also is responsible for hospitalized patients.
Head of Unit, in collaboration with the inpatient care physician, is responsible for ongoing work, including ongoing development. Participation in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry county's management team. As delegated by the base manager includes tasks related to personnel and budgetary responsibilities.
Qualifications
Adequate basic education such as nurse, social worker, psychologist or other beteendevetarutbildning happy at university. Experience in psychiatry and inpatient / acute care, like child psychiatry. We are looking for a person with great initiative, teamwork and creativity. Emphasis is placed on personal fitness.
Licence B is required.
