Tasks
Probation Service Central Region, area Karlstad looking for two probation inspectors.

Probation Karlstad responsible for personal studies and implements various penalties such as probation, intensive supervision and community service. Reception area is Värmland.

As a probation inspector, you are responsible for handling the enforcement of probation sentencing, intensive supervision, community service, supervision of paroled, utslussåtgärder, personutredning and opinion in criminal cases.

The work that probation inspector means you actively participate in lobbying activities directed towards clients, the motivation for treatment, participate in program activities and to participate in the release preparation for clients of inmates in prison.

The data also includes training and coaching of supervisors and internal and external collaboration.

Qualifications
You are social workers or other professionals with behavioral or legal direction, or other training and experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Language skills also seen as an asset. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills and are flexible and stress resistant. You must have the ability to work independently and be able to take initiative. You are clear, stable and can set limits. You should be confident in yourself. Emphasis will be placed on your personal fitness and your personal qualities.
